Trainings in Visual and Social Anthropology and Documentary Film (MA Visual Anthropology at the University of Manchester, MPhil Social Anthropology at the University of Vienna, SIC – Sound Image Culture – Brussels, PhD Social Anthropology at the University of Aberdeen).
Since 2009 making films (Men at work 2010, A Letter to Mohamed 2013, Red Earth White Snow 2018), texts, audio video installations (Channel #1, Container), carpentry and radio shows. Focusing on migratory and marginal worlds as well as visual and textual storytelling; currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology in Halle, Germany.
